Heisler
Corporea picks up poor abused rock and uses it as a base for a bones mini! Are you using one of the collectible Halloween blister rocks for that?
Corporea
I only got minis this year, not rocks. I remember one year when I was avidly collecting rocks in middle school that I acutally asked for "coal" for Christmas!

I remember one year when I was avidly collecting rocks in middle school that I acutally asked for "coal" for Christmas! I hope your parent(s) had the sense of humor to actually give you a lump of coal from Santa that year. If I was a parent, I wouldn't have been able to resist. To get back on topic: One of my friends at work is going to be watching the Blink episode of Doctor Who for the first time soon. I can't wait to get my angels, paint them, and then scare him.
Laoke
Between me and Cash, we seem to have a Zen koan competition going on. Hmmmm... What is the sound of one Bone shipping?

Dai-Mongar
Hmmmm... What is the sound of one Bone shipping? Squeeeee! It's true, I made a "squee" noise when I saw my city come up on the shipping tracker last time.
Thes Hunter
So, no matter what the update brings tomorrow... I know that we will be getting our Bones soon. And patience comes from not obsessing on exactly when that soon will be. But in the grand scale of things, whether they are released from customs by Friday, or next week, or the week after that, we will all start getting our Bones in a few weeks. And in the grand scheme of things, that isn't much time at all*. *Which might not be helping with the patience.... And why many of us feel like kids on Christmas eve.
Magnus Mercury
Hmmmm... What is the sound of one Bone shipping? Squeeeee! I'd like to think Bones don't sound like a pig. I have no idea why that caught on as a "thing", but it always makes me think of the movie Deliverance... "Squeal like a pig!"

I have no idea why that caught on as a "thing", but it always makes me think of the movie Deliverance... "Squeal like a pig!" I think it might have caught on as a reference from anime, where characters go "Kyaaaa!" ("Eeeeek!") over every little thing. The Deliverance book was way better.

I'd actually like it if they had time to get the ReaperCon site updated before the Bones come, 'cause Bryan isn't likely to have much time for coding once the containers are on their way to Denton.

Working feverishly on that update Now. All is going smoothly, fixed the last bug that was irritating me (and apparently only me, nobody else seemed to mind) and am updating the text for the content pages. NOTE: Classes will NOT be a part of the revision to the site - only the tickets, meals, and other details. Class details are in the works, but will not be ready in time. EDIT: re: shipments - We received our Second bill today (Yes, Customs bills the recipient for any inspections done, and this means they have billed for their inspections of both containers) which *usually* means that the items are due to be released in a few days. Tomorrow? Monday? Late next week? Unsure still, but this is actually A Developmentâ„¢ as opposed to the previous 3 weeks of No Developmentsâ„¢. It's hardly Earth shaking the way that "arrival" would be, but it's a mark of progress on my chart.
