I have confirmations that the ship has docked, and did so Friday night.

We have filed our paperwork with he Dallas Customs facility, and unless they need additional paperwork we will literally not hear from them or anyone else until they green light the containers for pickup, and at that moment we have 24 hours to schedule a pickup and delivery, or they fine us for "storing" the materials on the customs lot.

So the next time I hear anything about them will literally be notice of when scheduled delivery at our facility is.

Dem Bones dem Bones, dem *dry* Bones

Dem Bones dem Bones, dem *dry* Bones

Dem Bones dem Bones, dem *dry* Bones

Dem Bones dem Bones gonna *walk around*

Dem Bones dem Bones gonna *walk around*

Dem Bones dem Bones gonna *walk around*

Now hear the Word of the Reaperbryan!

There goes my dream of painting my office carnival purple. :(

Our paint might not be ideal as a house paint.

Take a swatch of Carnival Purple to the Home Depot. Color match it.

Don't tell us you did, because the forumla is a secret.

Actually, a larger-sized 2 or 3 oz. bottle for high-consumption paints, priced 10% below the equivalent (4-6) standard dropper bottles would be pretty nice, but I would imagine that "high consumption" changes significantly from painter to painter.

I can dream though.

There are certain ones that would be pretty common, though. The Liners, in particular, would probably be pretty big sellers in that size.
And the primers. Especially if they made grey.

I wish I was close enough to pick up my minis.

Oh the other hand I don't wish that, because I like living where it's green all year round and has nice mild weather (most of the time). Texas just sounds like one of the layers of the hells to me.

But! ReaperCon would be so close!

I need a transporter.

Texas is really big and is home to diverse climates.  It's not just desert.

That's just what they want you to think, but they can't fool me. I've seen enough movies to know otherwise.

Texas is one of the states attached to Arkansas, and is therefore among the best of the "others." Having said that, like most states in this part of the country,  you get wildly variable weather. While not the norm I remember at least two recent summers where it was very mild well into July. Mild summers are good for the people who are wrong thinking, and therefore don't like hot weather, but it's not really great for the hay.

Well, I hate hot weather and I live in central FL. I'm a dummy.

From Update 105 (Dec 5 2014)

Pickup In Person

If you intend to pick up your rewards in person at our Facility in Denton, Texas, please go to the Pledge Manager and Change your Address to

Your Name "HOLD FOR PICKUP" on the first line "DO NOT SHIP" on the Second Line Your actual City, State, And Zip Code We will pull these orders out of our stack and process them along with Wave One, so they will be available for pickup the first weekend after shipping begins.

If your address is not changed as per the above instructions, the order may be missed and might not be pulled until the actual Shipping Wave originally assigned.

OK

Logged in to the pledge manager.

For the purpose of doing the above.

I GUESS IT WORKED [?]

Is the pledge manager supposed to say (at this point) that I owe zero dollars; zero tax; quantities of all items zero?

I do hope some machine, somewhere, remembers what I pledged for. At this point the CPU/RAM stuffed between my ears does not. The other silicon based machines I own have all gone belly up.

Not worried; just curious.
