So I sat here wondering a bit ago, and I seem to recall asking way back when, but has there ever been any possibility of a Reaper podcast? Maybe somebody out the in Reaperland who would talk about all thing Reaper, interviews with painters, sculptors, ReaperCon, et cetera. The idea resurfaced after watching the two videos showing how minis are spun and cast. Weekly, monthly , annually? Anyhoos, just wondering.....

I used to have my own podcast, actually, but it was a long time ago, and it was RPG oriented, not Reaper oriented.

We have a small video studio where we film the occasional video or record audio tracks for other uses, and we have long discussed the idea of a regular youtube video update, along the veins of a news program for Reaper.

Right now, we simply haven't the time to dedicate to this, when we could instead be doing other jobs.

Perhaps my monthly newsletter, if successful, could evolve into a monthly video letter instead, some day.

Yeah having a monthly video "podcast" would be cool because then you can show off new minis and talk about them or maybe have some kind of painting segment with one of the local painters.

I watch a weekly video show on Minecraft called Minecraft Me.  It was entertaining enough it got me to stop just playing single player and hop on their server which I have now been a member of since April.  The show has a format that is pretty consistent and covers Minecraft news at first and then they will either play a bit of an adventure map or show off builds people have done. They end with a resource pack review and then questions from viewers.

I could see something along those lines with Reaper Miniatures.  News on what is going on either in the industry or just Reaper related. Then go into a little segment of tips.  A review on some paint or mini and then answer some questions that have been sent in. I for one would watch with my daughter.

It's all over but the hard part. Recording it. I guess we'll see what kind of motivation I have when I get home today, and possibly sleep.

Good thing I still have all that stuff from when my wife was going to be a voice actor.... and then from when my roommate was going to have a twitch channel... and from when I was going to host my D&D stuff... and when I was going to host a youtube channel...

At least it provides a distraction from my CCNA studies. :\
