[MERGED] Bones II Shipping Excitement/Wave

While not Bones related, I can relate to shipping woes. I'm a state away from Paizo, (well kinda, they above me lets put it that way). My latest Pathfinder Adventure Path (the 1st one in the Gaints AP) got shipped to Salt Lake City by USPS for some reason.....

 

Paizo is sending me a new one but it'll piggy back with the 2nd book, which means close to anther month to wait.....aghhhhh & I love getting the first issues!!!

 

Hang in there everyone, you'll get your stuff!!!

The silence between UPS and USPS is really the worst.

 

A lot of us RoW have literally no way of knowing where our packages are. UPS's tracking number shows that it's out of their hands, but with the total absence of information from USPS or our respective national carriers, the packages could be on their way, in customs, lost at sea, hijacked by aliens, etc.

 

And there's not a bloody thing anyone can do. Not even Reaper, despite their awesomeness. (Or can they? )

I got my second package (wave 2) and my box was signed!!!! 

Hang in there, Texas!  We have sympathy here in NC.  The ground is strangely white.  What is this odd cold stuff falling?

 

More white stuff coming tomorrow too for NC.

Don't remind us, the state was shut down most of last week because of an ice storm, this week is 3+ inches of snow, all on a state that gets snow maybe once a year and usually under an inch.

Just got my shipping notice too.  I received my box last week.....

Yay!!!  My box is out for delivery today!    But I promised my hubby that I wouldn't open it until he gets home from work.

Mine has made it as far as Charlotte, NC.  Getting closer....closer...

Seems the tracker didn't reset to zero at midnight.

It was supposed to but we had a problem with our servers and couldn't fix them remotely. It had to wait until one of us could get in and reset the system that had locked up.

 

It's working as intended now.

 

The servers froze? 

 

Someone left the doors open?

I'm wave 10 so waiting another week or so does not bother me. I live in Michigan so I know how the roads can get when the snow/temp falls. Keep those reaper folks safe. My box will so up when it gets here.
