We will receive the e-mail when they print the label/package the box, or just latter in the day, when UPS/USPS pick up the shippment?

If I remember correctly, it's when the label is printed. I think that's how it worked last time.

Order # doesn't matter.  Lock-in order does.  However, there's one pick up per day.  So, first order packed today will go out at the same time as the last order.  Assuming half of Wave 1 is packed today and the other half tomorrow, it matters only which half you're in.
