2.5 lbs?  That IS restraint. Mine is a mere 33.3 lbs....restraint??

And my tracking just updated as well, finally.  Just outside Chicago.

Almost time for Canada Customs to spend a week playing with my toys...

You got an updated tracking number?!

I'm still stuck looking at the same UPS information for nearly a week.

Should I be cursing UPS, USPS or Canada Post? (All three?)

Nope, same old one in UPS.  Showing Bensenvile, IL, same as Titus.

It's just outside of Chicago.

I'm dying to get my email but I also wonder where Mocha went? She should be here. unsure_zps412aa381.gif

I'm back! ^_^ Things went a little upside-down over the last couple of months  :upside: but I'm jumping back into the forums and getting excited about ReaperCon 2015!

I got my e-mail yesterday with a tracking number but it doesn't work. No e-mail from UPS either...

Remember that tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to become active. UPS had to pick up the pallet, break open the pallet, and then scan the boxes.

Me too. 6 days after the UPS MI email it has finally changed... to Bensenville.

930 miles in 6 days is making pretty good time for an Army Surplus WW2 truck, especially when they can only travel at night without lights in case of air-raids. A pity they didn't have a compass. New Zealand is south-west of Texas across the pacific, last I checked Chicago is north-east of Denton.

Maybe it's a zen thing "To travel toward ones destination, first one must travel away".

Don't forget that they also have to break open our packages, play with OUR toys, re-seal them with their ninja-skills so we'll never know and then, maybe send them on - if their game finished before their shift ended.

For those with warped, crushed or missing pieces - my sympathies. It was bring-a-kid to work day at UPS - some of those kids are a bit rough and still developing their ninja skills.

random city name for today:  Fuquay Varina, NC

I was slightly concerned by "Ville Platte, LA" - I can't see their restaurant trade booming unless they are very careful with pronunciation and accents... "Would you like to try our Vile Plate special sir?"
