Bones II: Goroloth Stand?

Recommended Posts

I'm still slowly going through my Bones II box to inventory everything. As I go, I've been fitting together things.

I noticed however that the Goroloth appears to have an indent beneath, assumingly for a stand. I don't seem to have any kind of stand or mount however. Am I supposed to?

The Bones preview picture doesn't show one, but it would appear as though the metal version does.

There is no stand for the Bones Goroloth.

For those of us that want to fit a stand beneath Goroloth, is there one you would recommend?

Something from a fish or aquarium shop is what I might be using. Repainted of course.

You could probably mod this one: http://www.reapermini.com/graphics/gallery/4/P03230F_w_1.jpg

That sounds more like the Kraken, which did come with a wrecked ship as a base. It looks pretty darn awesome once you get all of those tentacles in place, too!

This makes me wonder if the Kraken base might eventually be available as a separate piece?  So far I haven't seen any "Boneyard" split-ups for Bones figures, but while I only really need ONE kraken, I could probably find a way to make use of multiple shipwreck stands.  :)

EDIT: How big/long IS Goroloth, anyway?  It occurs to me that maybe Goroloth isn't as big as I imagine, and the kraken base might be overkill.
