Update # 42 Almost there.....still awaiting delivery of stock.

Sorry for the lapse guys, Nope. No problems other than my being really busy with sculpting for the next RBG project and running the day to day. I heard from valiant last week that they have begun casting for what they have molded but there are still molds needing to be finished. Hopefully this will not take long and we will be seeing product flowing here very very soon. Valiant are working very hard to get this taken care of.

The items on the web store were pre-orders expected (prematurely) two weeks ago. I am really sorry this is taking so long to complete and I assure you that my next effort will be a far better prepared and coordinated production.

As for the next RBG project, it shall be a massive expansion of the Aenglish in plastic. The format will be a few varied sets of modular figures. these modular sets will vary between 2 and 6 matrixes of figures cut into 5 universally interchangeable parts; head, torso with arms, right hand options left hand options and legs. There will be at least one matrix per set that will allow for the fitting of a two handed weapon or a missile weapon. The plan thus far is to begin with peasant levy and then move on to foot knights, and then to mounted lords, and then to characters.

I am currently working on the figures themselves and will be posting WIP shots to the red box games Facebook account in the time leading up to the campaign.

The campaign will run for about 20 days. There will be a small amount of early bird pledge levels which will offer the boxed sets at a discount but I am still working out the specific numbers.

I do very much appreciate y'all's patience with me on this one and hope that I have not stretched it too far with the lateness of delivery on this one.

Cheers,

Tre'

Update #43 Product is en route from Valiant!!!!

Hey Everybody!

Well at long last the product is now en route from Valiant to me. This will mean a couple of days in transit and then on to QC, sorting and packaging and labeling, and then the packages will start going out the door. I will be taking a little more time with this one as the project is HUGE and I do not want / cannot afford any miss shipments or miss packs. Rest assured though that your rewards will be en route very very soon!

Cheers,

Tre'

I'm happy that Tre is going to take his time to do better QC, I know that a lot of times he gets in a hurry and has to send out figures that he missed or gives away figures that he says to keep because of an error, his is a small business that can't afford too much of that kind of thing.

I would imagine it's going to take a bit since he also has a sale going on and has all the new stuff in his shop so I would imgine business picks up as well

Agreed, but to me it'll be worth the wait. Not like I don't have 20 barbarians sitting around in the drawer...

Sale? I will be checking that out tonight!!

Tre, if you're monitoring this thread..check out the Kegg and Mogg I just did. They're in the Reaper store now and since you sculpted them, I figured you'd like to see some paint on them.

Update #44

Oct 20 2015

Update # 44 QC for a good reason

Well.....QC happens for a reason....... There is a problem with the weapons on two of the chosen. The shafts of the axes keep breaking above the hand and the shafts are too thin to pin back in to the hand. This means I will have to replace those hands with new weapons. The good news is that these Chosen were made using the hands and weapons of the old modular Gennade krigare so it is just a matter of ordering the spires awaiting delivery and putting the replacements in with the figures. Everything else is fine though so fulfillment is still underway for the orders which did not include the Chosen.

I am really sorry for this delay. When I checked the masters it was specifically to make sure this would not happen. unfortunately sometimes there is just enough compression on the mold to thin out an already too thin shaft and then packaging the casting into a big bag and shipping them in a box full of other big bags of stuff to then be resorted and repackaged means what might not have been a problem quickly becomes a problem. In the end though I want to be sure you guys get the best possible items I can provide so this is one of those times where a better product takes a little more time to deliver but WILL get delivered all the same.

Thanks for your patience with us on this. We will have it resolved as quickly as possible.

Cheers,

Tre
