This update is definitely a disappointment, but straightforward honesty is so much better than coming up with a bunch of flimsy excuses. Thanks Tre! I seriously cannot wait to get these barbarians because they look so amazing.

Yup. I don't mind waiting a bit longer. Not like I don't have 20 of Tre's figures to paint at any given time hah.

 

He will get out our pledges, so I'm not worried in the least.

I might order a mini just to pay for the shipping bundle but I've never seen a RBG mini in person. Does anybody have a recommendation for a particularly nice one? I'm getting barbarians from this KS so maybe something different.

One of my all time favs is "the keeper" I'm going to do a diorama featuring him next year.

Whoa. That guy is so creepy. What is he holding in his hands? He could definitely be a named villain. Thanks a ton uber!

A big crystal ball. It'd be awesome for some OSL or making it a globe or an eye.

Mine is done, for what I'm going to do, I think. Really had high hopes for it, but just wasn't coming together. Maybe I could add a candle or three, I like what I've seen people do with candles from the Bones candelabra..

 

As far as Tre's problems with this KS, I'm not too worried about it. I don't care too much about timeliness, I just want the best quality that can be delivered, and Tre took care of that loooong ago. In fact, maybe I can wrap the issue with my trollforge Yrsas (both are bad and I'd like them in metal...); a small web order plus shipping...

Yeah, The Keeper would be my suggestion for a single Red Box mini as well. Such a cool figure; I'm using him currently as my Pathfinder character (link). In fact, I'm thinking of maybe picking up a second copy to paint up as a white-skinned devil who can serve as a leader of my Helsvakt barbarian horde.

Yes!

 

The keeper is one of my all-time favorite Tre Manor sculpts, and he was a ton of fun to paint! 

 

I even got Tre himself to help me out by trimming some flash from the mini. ::D:
