Seeking dates for the next meeting! Possible dates are May 30, June 1, June 6 or June 7.

What is good for folks! We can meet in Greenville, SC either at my house or at the FLGS, Boardwalk!

Post up when you are available and we will select a date that can get the most folks together!

Hmmm, I wonder... Corporea meets me (us) in Spartanburg, saving her 30 minutes of drive time.... and we take off down I-26... Froggy, pick a couple of weekends in July (just not the 4th, or the 19th or 25th) and we'll see if the carpool can show up down in Charleston...

Maybe even easier... there is a game store just off I-26 at St. Andrews Road in Columbia that has a bit of gaming/painting space.... Let me try an get in touch with them. That would put us about half way between.

ETA to the store name and address, so folks could figure out how long a drive it is...

While I know you guys are just starting out I found that its just better to pick one day during the month to paint rather than continually poll to find out when everyone is available at least if your intent is to have a regular paint day every month. Its a lot easier to just setup with one store and tell them you will be there the third Saturday of the month every month or every other month or whatever time frame you are envisioning. Its actually a lot easier for folks to arrange their schedules if they know there is a regular meeting date as well.

Thanks for the suggestions Heisler! I run the paint club normally on the first Sunday of each month here in Greenville. This is more about folks spread who are out geographically and need to make work schedules and life in general work out to meet up. That's the only reason we semi-poll to see who is available.

Also, we move around a bit simply because for Corporea, it's over 3 hours to Athens, and we try to shorten folks drive a bit when we can. Hosting it all the time here in Greenville, for example, would cause the majority (all but me) to travel at least 30 minutes (an close to 2 hours for some) each get together. if we can move it around, Atlanta, Athens, Greenville, possibly other locations as well, we might be able to get a fair number of folks to make it, as well as possibly getting new folks as well.
