What a great selection of classes.  I will only have time for 1 or 2 but there definitely are a lot to choose from.

I'm not too worried about the mad rush of getting tickets.  There is enough variety that I'd be happy with my second or 3rd choices.  Besides, I go through GenCon registration each year.  Once you do that a few times, any other registration is a cake walk.

.... now I want cake.... is carrot cake considered a breakfast food?

I am trying hard to organize my class priority list so I can pick and choose what I want the most when things go 'live'. If I go in unprepared, I'm just going to start clicking and snagging everything in sight.

While I hope to get all the classes I want, if I don't I'll just pester people.

Be honest, you're going to pester people anyway, right?

I read the title and wondered - Why is Reaper selling their class schedules?  Are they special limited edition collector items, and attendees run around and try to get them signed by all the presenters + Bryan?

If you printed out a schedule, and got all the instructors to sign it at the con, somebody would probably pay for it.

Kharsin, my recommendation would be if this is your first 'Con and you're having a hard time choosing, then stick to the ones with the broadest knowledge base. Like generic "learn not to suck" or color theories. If you're already at least a pretty decent painter, go intermediate and take technique classes such as skin painting or shading metallics and non-metallics.

I am not sure yet if I have gotten lucky or not with the time for this to go live.  My kid has surgery tomorrow to put tubes in his ears and have his adenoids out.  I won't be at work, but I'm hoping when the phone call comes today with our scheduled time it's early!

My plan is to sign up for a few classes. Probably 2-3, but definitely no more than 4. I like this plan, because it leaves me lots of time for the rest of the con.

I have 19 classes in my list of candidates to look at when they go live Wednesday.

I am going to have to do some serious prioritization.

Looking over schedule for some classes to take on Thurs and Sat. (Friday before banquet is out because we have one car and daughter has Pre-K that day and needs to be picked up before I go to Lewisville.)

My question is on basing classes.  I have never done it but would like to learn more so when I attempt it with my daughter on some of the minis she is painting.  Erin's class is probably going to fill up fast and not sure if it is good for a scrub like me.  Same for Bob's.  They both sound cool though and was thinking if I did Bob's on Friday then on Saturday I would be ready to understand a bit more for Erin's class.

Still not sure what other classes to take. Maybe something that is for beginners since I have not done much painting since last year and could 'brush' up on a few things. I really need to finish the orc in my Bones Learn To Paint Kit.

I'm just hoping, once the chum hits the water, that I can get through and buy ONE class.

We have an estimated 892 SEATS available, among all classes, added together.  I'm confident that ONE will be left available for everybody. Whether it's the ONE you want is another question.

Now, to contrast this, last year there were 462 seats available among all classes.

I am seriously hoping to snag a seat in one of Bob's basing classes, and they should be awesome.

On the other hand, based on Corporea corner last year, Erin is very good at teaching beginners. If you're wandering around the painting area, you can get tips from both her and James Wappel on how to play with Sculpey.
