Am I missing something with some of the prices? They've got some sets of five man sized figs for a certain price, and they've got other sets of three man sized figs for a higher price. What gives?

As far as I understood: They are - sort of like stretch goal - planning on adding to the 3 figure groups (if we're talking about the "allstar" sets).

Some of those are "All Star" boxes that will gain additional figures/conversion bits for the same price. So you it may end up with 5-6 figures + bits of weapons for $20 making it an awesome deal. Kind of like how the Bones kickstarters worked with them adding more and more and more to the Core and Expansions.

First time I looked at the stuff I could swear I saw most of what I wanted for $15 troops and $30 for mounted units now I'm seeing $16 $22 $26 troops (mantis and blood vestrals warriors stayed the same) and $40 riders.... $180 for the Alter! Even GW is cheaper. Am I just halucinating or should I start screenshotting and compare at the end?

Yea, it looks like they are changing the prices. They said that the graphics person was inflating the prices. Maybe, he wasn't. XD

I didn't see the original prices, but these look the same from around 4:00 eastern time from when I finally got to see the pictures.... Wish I had more to spend on this....

The prices have been changed, and at least for the ones I can remember they have been lowered. For instance, the two units of mounted knights were originally listed at $35 and $40 (I posted at the time the pair was $75). Now they are $27 and $30, so a pretty substantial reduction ($17 for the pair).

ALRIGHT. SO I'm back from Wednesday night and was able to look and compare the Scifi vs Fantasy. Some of the pictures they've used actually are the exact same like the Great Seraphim, Santa Dolores and Augusta. Same picture.

 

HOWEVER: When looking at other pictures that occur in scifi and fantasy, they have some pretty neat differences besides their weapon being a gun or a sword. Pretty cool differences if you ask me but at the same time, they're all the same miniature but with one or two different parts. Basically you'd get a back of a body with no arms or cloak and depending on if you got fantasy or scifi, you either get a wicked cloak and sword or you get tentacles and a rifle.

 

I really wish the pictures were side by side though so it would be easy to see the difference. 

 

Either way, I'm in the process of trying to pull another 100$ to throw into this. @_@ Or grabbing a 240$ commander.

I like the fantasy Dividians more than the scifi ones, but I do kind of wish they left the thigh armor the same (as in none)...  Fully armored legs look kind of strange with an unarmored torso....
