I think the figs from the last KS that changed the most were the soul weavers and Kiki. I feel they improved on them though. All of the models were tweaked, but nothing that I felt was major other than those 5 models.

RH has proven they'll take the time to tweak the sculpts until they're right. The early sculpts for the troops in TGG1 were really rough and got significant changes, they turned out really awesome. I had bought one set just to check out the modular system (as I don't like modular systems!) and they're some of my favorites.

 

I have some concerns, but I'm not worried. It wouldn't make much sense for them to switch proportions now if they've already introduced 3 armies of an intended game system.

I'm not really going to even think about what I want until everythings over and the pledge manager is in front of me. I'm more interested in solo figures than troops (though I do like some of the troop styles) but the freebies may affect which of those I want if there are any similar in style.

I know I'm not going to be able to afford everything unfortunately.

I will get the cenobite troop. Modular cenobites intrige me greatly. It's like mix and match- Honey that axe does not go with that mask!

How big do they mean Shaah to be? I just noticed she's $65, vs the throne of sentancing at $37 and the throne already looks to be twice the height of a human and at least 3x the width. Does this mean shaah is a giant?

Oh, I'm not planning to drop out or anything.  Like I said, I'm just having trouble seeing the details in their artwork.  There are certainly things I like and will want to have.  Probably more than I expect.  :-)

Shaah is more expensive than the Manticore they currently sell even with the KS discount so I'd expect her to be quite sizeable.

Yeah, I'd think she'll end up being the size of a 40k Avatar or similar in size to one of the creature caster monsters.

So based on the previous KS, is it likely that we'll have to select what we want by only looking at concept art (i.e. during the spring)? Or is it more a Mierce type of deal, where you can go in and shop with your pledged money continuously as stuff is completed?

Trodax, it will mostly be based on concepts. They'll push out a few renders, and it looks like they're holding onto some physical product like the Santa Dolores at the bottom of the page.

I'm still very excited about this. I know that all their art isn't the greatest, but after seeing what they did with the art of the first that translated into such amazing figures that everyone has loved, I'm in it to win it. 

 

But Ub3r...you were actually LOW on your Blood Rage prediction by about 20%.  :-)

 

My actual first prediction was "Between $800k - $1m" if you look back at one of my first posts, but I did try to refine it as we were going and ended up guessing a bit low. 

 

So, with the momentum of this one, I stand by my guess of $2m+ by the end.
