I had problems with the survey redo... it didn't accept the codes a few times. This process has been overly complicated and frustrating.

I would contact them and let them know of course.

For me it was just add the tiles I wanted to the cart.  Enter the first code and apply.  Then enter the second code and apply.  No different than most any other web stores I have used where you had to enter promo codes of some sort.  I actually found it very intuitive because it did work like this myself.  You also had to enter your shipping address in there somewhere, but that also was like any online store also (at least to me)  Only odd thing was making sure I put my KS handle and email in the comments for the order.

No trouble for me either. Remember to make sure you don't end up with a space at the beginning or end of the codes. That's one of the biggest causes for codes and passwords to fail.

edit: and off topic: in the comments they are apparently responding to a backer named "Michael C. Stiltz" that I do not see posting at all, and while that's kind of odd, what's really rattling my noggin is that out of 288 Backers, 2 of them are Stiltz's??? I have NERDY COUSINS???

Just saw this. Your "cousin" is my DM, no joke. We've been teasing him to use his "family" connections for years to get our Bones faster or get our Bones requests in :D

He was a KS II backer as well, surprised no one caught this coincidence for you already.

Wow, I feel the first survey was confusing enough, but now I have to jump through more hoops to complete a second "order". I realize they say this was Kickstarter's fault, but I've never heard of technical difficulties with KS surveys before. Anyone else seen this with a previous project?

They didn't really blame kickstarter for the survey issues. The original survey was dumped not do to anything kickstarter did, but rather so many backers messed up that sorting it out was deemed impossible. This was due to a combination of unclear direction and backers not paying attention. The second attempt was Backerkit, but Backerkit backed out and refunded their money after not being able to handle some aspect or another. The final solution was the current store thing. Which I didn't think was too bad, but they should have just made a second backer only storefront that functioned without having to add multiple codes.

I have difficulty imagining that a backer-only storefront could be implemented with less hassle than two coupon codes.
