OneBoot, come hell or high water, I am making you your custom vertical stand. Consider it a personal gift from me.

NomadeZeke, given the circumstances, you're right to assume. I apologize for being involved in this mess. (good intentions i suppose)

I really want this to be over, and I want customers to get either what they were sold, or their money back.

I do not know how, but I will do my part in making it right.

IF TGJ (GJ Hobbies I suppose) is true to their word and ships you their product, I am happy for it.

I really wish I could be of any more support or comfort in all this drama. as it stands, I am as powerless. They will not even speak to me.

I am watching, I am listening, I will respond.

Thanks to anyone who is reading, and my sincerest apologies.

hey everyone!

Just checking in. I have finished up the refunds to date. I am now sorting parts to start making parts. after that, sorting and shipping orders.

TGJ Hobbies LLC will be dead once this is all over. I have some debt on the companies dime, but there will be no more business done.

I started my own thing. I updated my design. Thats really all i'm going to say about that. if you want to know more, shoot me a message.

I will keep everyone updated as things develop.

I still hope to be at ReaperCon this coming year, same fat face, different name. :D

Good to see your keeping your head up high in all of this.

Good luck!

Thanks!

Nothing else I can do really. I love this stuff. I love to design, I love to fabricate, I love miniatures. Its kind of what I'm most happy doing (for a career choice anyway).

I can't wait to show off the new stuff. :D

Sorry you guys had such a tough go of it.  Small businesses are hard on relationships, both personal and business type.  I am thrilled with my setup and it has been a great help in organizing my paints and getting me closer to my available colors and spectra.

Just thought I would throw a good word in for the racks.  I am the envy of all the other friends in my gaming groups. ::):

So, I didn't want to ask that the TGJ Hobbies Kickstarter thread be revived to post this and I'm posting it here.

I talked with Tim today about my Kickstarter order today as I had ordered the largest option, the Kraken, and it turned out to be the largest KS order. With the change from the old design to the new design there was a lot to go over. He took the time to go over everything and help me customize a layout for my painting space. He didn't add anything extra or special because of the size of my order, it was 'this is how much credit you have and this is what each piece costs'.

Tim wants to make everyone still hanging in on this KS happy and make good on all the orders left. I've been in his new partner's shoes, helping a friend out of a very expensive jam and trying to make sure everyone is happy in the end.

He did show me a few new ideas he wants to add after all the KS orders are fulfilled and I think that many of you will be happy with the new pieces and I hope that he brings them to ReaperCon with him. I'm excited to see my new painting rack system and hope that it will be ready at ReaperCon. I'm also excited and hope to see live the new pieces he is designing.
