My apologies if I missed it. I could not find the information in this topic or on the Kickstarter page - 

I have a mix of Citadel, P3, dropper, and craft store paint. Are we able to customize the diameter of the paint bottle holes on our kits? (realizing that larger holes means less holes.)

Though I love Canada and being Canadian, I really hate our cross-border shipping fees. And I live way too far to make use of those near-border shipping centres.

Cmorse, I've spoken with them about that. They plan to do just that this week. They wanted to go live at ReaperCon so some things were left rough.

 

Undel, you can mix and match the Citadel and dropper bottle size by picking different shelf styles. Each rack comes with for shelves. Not sure about the craft bottles though. Send them a question through the Kickstarter; use the Ask Me button, you don't have to be a backer to do that.

This looks amazing but I can't tell you how confused I am about the pledge levels and what the rewards are. They really need to clarify what you are getting at each level.

Once you get back from Reapercon, I think it will be very helpful to put up some sort of graphic or link to graphics, so people can see what the different components and options are.  I don't know a Basic set from a Core set, what the 4x shelf options means, etc.

A better description of each pledge levels have been added. And they are allowing mixing of hole sizes on the same shelf, dropper bottles, pots, and acrylic craft bottle sizes.

Have you ever considered a cover of some find for the the paint racks?

 

The reason I am thinking is because of pets and what not. I like the idea of a cover so no animals can mess with it.

These are really nice racks, although with a full monty, I'd much rather have the option for more paint holes on the top of two of the racks than more cup and tool holders..

It's not possible with how they are currently made. The very top rack doesn't have anything to place the bottles on towards the back, so they'd have to tool a special new rack that would allow for a ledge that would need to be the 2nd rack down, so the solo cups are held in place because they are wider up top than the holes are. I'll show you pictures when I get home, but it'd require a lot more wood and may up the cost of the thing.

They can, I had mine custom done like that so instead of places for brushes I had another top row for paints. They hold 48 each rack instead of 36. The very back of that top row doesn't have anything below the holes to support it though which is what I was trying to say. So you look at my picture of the racks a page or two ago and you can see things sticking up out of those holes. Those are big containers about 6-7 inches high barely peaking out of the top of the "solo cup" holes cut in the racks.
