You know what would be nice would be a slight inset in the upper area. Rectangular in shape (depending on the shape of the rack. but something I would place something flat on top.

 

This comes to mine, but maybe not that deep

OH MAN! what a week!

Ok, firstly I cannot begin to say how happy I am about the warm reception. THank you all SO much for your feedback and your support! its been great!

Let me address a few questions!

 

1: yes you CAN customize the holes you want on your order. that is included in everything we do. its all about the options!

2: We are trying very hard to work on getting things to Canada. I'd love to ship these things everywhere, but with the size and weight of it all, it can be prohibitively expensive. We certainly ARE willing to ship to Canada, we'll open that soon we just have to work out the shipping.

 

3: We added just last night the photo's pf the rewards, better ones are coming (we just got a camera finally! YAY!) Bu they are up there.

 

4: yes, we can ad a 4th row of paint on the tops, HOWEVER, in light of the feedback from the show, we're wrapping up a paint rack that is ALL shelves! That means 5 rows of shelves, plus the 2" top area. We ALSO designed out what we are referring to as a "high capacity" dropper bottle shelf. The high caps hold 50% more paint per shelf (so 18 bottles per shelf). Visibility suffers a bit and the holes are very close together, but between those two items combined, we are going to have a rack set that is capable of holding 90 bottles of paint in the same space as our current basic rack. (vs 36) now, it isn't good for anything beyond a storage solution, but you asked, so we made it!

 

5: I can cut any size shape or hole in the top for trays and what not if people would like. all things are possible. I'll look into a small tray insert that we like that we can offer.

#4 woooooooo so a larger wall hanging rack? I spoke to see of your guys about this at the con. I need my desk space but wall space I need a hanging rack of some kind. The one I was shown at the con was significantly...smaller than if have liked but the rows were neatly cut so I could still color code and such.

We got 2 of them ordered at the con. But I agree, I would have liked to see a bigger one in general. 

I plan on just putting them side by side.

the hanging wall tray is maxed out for its size, HOWEVER, we are looking into making a larger piece that doesn't fit in our drawers (which is the current limiting factor)

 

I can make a wall rack that size up to around 3ft wide and 2ft tall. now shipping for that thing could be a nightmare, and I have no idea what it'll hold in terms of paint... BUT, I have the options for that size of material within my production range. so we can for sure make something work for you. Having said that, it spawns WHOLE new things to design, and trust me, I plan on designing them!

unfortunately, with our racks the bottles aren't able to be stores upside down. thee isn't enough space on the caps.

 

it is something we have a design for and we CAN make possible. Its a product we haven't rolled out due to industry constraints. If you are ONLY holding paint, then yes its possible.

 

The problem we have as manufacturer's, is the sheer volume of product items we have to carry to accommodate that. it isn't just one or two more, its in the realm of 9 -15 to keep compatible with the current line.

 

This doesn't mean my mind is closed to it because market demand is exactly that. For our first show and our current line up, we opted to stay conservative and not cut ourselves thin.
