I don't often document my works-in-progress, but I've done so before and I'll do so again. 

This thread will let me keep my WIPs in one place.

 

[EDIT 4/07/15: I didn't know that "never-ending" WIP threads weren't allowed.  Sorry, moderators!  I'll resolve to end this one before it gets too big.  Maybe a WIP of just one new figure will be enough.  I'll start a new thread as needed.]

And now, my current WIP.

 

This figure is Koriah Azmeren, a half-elf ranger who wields a bastard sword in one hand and an aklys (hooked throwing-club) in the other, and wears studded leather armor.

I sculpted the figure for the licensed Pathfinder range.  Reaper released the figure in January 2015.

(This art also appears in his compiled "Visions of WAR" book, but as a mirror-image: sword in right hand, aklys in left.  I think Paizo flipped her for the cover of the Adventure Path, so I sculpted the figure with the handedness of the "Visions" book.)

 

After I removed the mold-lines from the metal casting, I did a bit of patching with Green Stuff -- restoring the cap on her canteen (which seems to have fallen off during the moldmaking process), sharpening some links in the chain, and sharpening the edge of her glove.  Here she is, ready for priming:

Here she is after about two hours of work on her face, hair, and bandana.

I usually spend a lot more time (in minutes per square millimeter) painting the faces than the other areas of my figures.

What colors did you use for the lips?  (Walnut Brown and Ruddy Leather?)  Appropriate adventure-colored lips is one of the things I'm struggling with at the moment.

2 hours on the head. Wow. How long does it take for you to complete a mini that size?

Interesting choice to prime the head and weapon white and the rest black.  Is that due to color choice (in terms of mirroring the dark leather) or for another reason?

It looks like her shoulder pads and the bottom of her chest tassels are a mold line; horizontally.
