I most (all) the female minis in the core game and the stretch goals are very decently dressed. I think it's great to have such a box as an optional paid add-on. If you like such miniatures, get the box. If you don't like them, just skip the box.

Everybody is allowed his or her opinion on this ... me personally, I like such miniatures as I'm painting enough solid chainmail and plate torsos already ;)

It's fantasy after all ... and many warriors in ancient (even early medieval) times fought naked, without the protection of armor to prove their courage.

Curious though that you never see 100% naked male miniatures, or with their bums sticking out of their pants .. ^_^

Oh you do. You just need to know where to look. They do tend to be pretty rare 'though.

Don't get me wrong, I love miniatures like the Strumpet, Succubus and some other sexy girls. But in general, I don't think women fighters ever used bikinis in a battle. So unless it fits the story, I think it's just something that makes no sense at all. But I am a bit strict with this kind of stufff... I don't like weapons and armor that are unrealistic, I prefer medieval fantasy with verisimilitude, like lord of the rings or a song of ice and fire.

It always ruffles my feathers when THAT argument gets used along flying dragons and magic. You are against those too, right?

I couldn't agree more with the words of wisdom above regarding our own tastes. Just remember it is your own, so dropping things like:

Please stop buying this so manufactures can stop producing it.

Is a bit out of line in a forum like this one.  :;):

I think the discussion of scantily-claddedness or whatever you call it is well underway in other threads. Take it there, please :)

As far as verisimilitude, Zombicide is great because it doesn't care. Why is Gordon Ramsey fighting zombies with a frying pan? Because it's fun. Though Song of Fire and Ice lost me when they brought in dragons and magic.

I like the quality, but I am still trying to decide if this game (and that is what it is to me overall) is worth $140 of gameplay.  I will probably stick in in this, but this is a large chunk of change for a boardgame that may see 10 plays at most in its lifetime foe me.

I see you can get other older titles for roughly $79.  I wonder if I am getting enough KS exclusives to justify $20 bucks more.  Probably.

Historically the free KS exclusives that come with Zombicide pledges sell on ebay for much more than the entire cost of the pledge. By that measure yes, the extras are worth $20 more.

This project will eventually crush my resistance like a rampaging juggernaut.  I just enjoy the dance of the seven (un)veils as I play coy and pretend I'm not being seduced and lured in.

Also, with regards to the cheesecake, everyone know underb00b has inherently zombie-repelling qualities.

I think this is the greatest metaphor ever.
