Thanks for your detailed answer!

I'll be grateful if someone from Europe/Middle-East can post how much they paid for shipping.

I live in Germany and I paid 114,72 $ for shipping on top of a pledge of 690 $.

That was with a mix of everything, including Khajira und Dragons don't share (which raised the shipping cost because of their size and weight).

I could have added some small minis with nearly no increase in shipping, but another DDS would have cost another ~30-40 $ shipping if I recall correctly (it seems I was at the point where a second parcel would be necessary, so the increase was not as drastic for the first DDS).

I'm not afraid to be the odd person out here and say I'm not really that into dragons. I wouldn't mind Stormwing to complete my Dragon collection, but I don't need a ton more dragons than I already have at this point.

I'll go even odder and say I won't mind getting more heroes. Definitely going in on the core, though I understand why other people won't. I don't need more heroes, but I really enjoy painting them. I definitely won't be disappointed if the bonus miniatures in the core are groups of monsters or towns people. Like others I have a real need for more towns people. And hobgoblins. HOBGOBAGEDDON.

to each their own. I've always liked dragons, and until bones came along, I really couldn't afford to collect them, which is why I want to see more. For others, that's not going o be the case. The cool thing though, si i am almost certain this Kickstarter is going to have a bit of something for pretty much everyone to be eager to get.

Maybe there will be a decor and terrain expansion set.  It seems like there needs to be a way to track how many people are getting each expansion set during the campaign.

I imagine they track it with the pledge manager, after all they have to produce enough to fill the order anyways

The reaper folks are sharp. They've done three kickstarters already, and the big guys are accountants. I'm sure they watch the numbers very carefully, particularly after they reveal an expansion pack or a big stretch goal. I'm sure they have a good idea of how something's tracking pretty quickly. Bryan has told us numerous times that they have a plan, backup plans, and the ability to change things on the fly as people respond to the new items. I'm sure they have a real good idea within a few hours, how well something's going.

Am I the only one who has no interest in a multi-headed dragon? Maybe I'm just odd..

Talking about Tiamat and Bahamut, I'd really like to see the dragon god Io in miniature form. His 4e rendition was awesome with all sorts of horns and frills.

I think I never see (saw?) an image of Io. Can you direct me to one?

I'm hoping we maybe finally see the Pathfinder Black Dragon thats been 'coming soon' on Paizo..

The CAV kickstarter had a pledge manager while it was running. That gave them an idea of how popular everything was. Their guesstimates were fairly accurate from what they saw during the KS.
