I wonder if pulling over on the side of the highway to pledge is considered an emergency by the state police....

I'm doing this as well.  Anyone on the road around 11am should look out.

Well... All you really need is to match paint some of the already released bones to get what you need.

We already have humans (cronoscope ones) a Hyde character (flash golem), werewolf, dire wolf (Warg) and a regular wolf...

Yeah, I'll be at work when this launches, but if I end up wave 3 or something oh well.  I have 20 more minis than I can paint before it will end up shipping anyway, so I'm in no rush.

Well there goes that plan.

I needed to add a new card as well and had the same issue.

 

Just pick a KS at random, pledge for $1 with the new card and then cancel the pledge.

Unless the early bird is a discount instead of earlier shipping, I'm in no hurry.

Bryan once said that early bird discount makes the opposite effect (people thinking they are paying more -being punished- for not getting up early in the ks.)

So they use the shipping waves to promote the early bird pledge (and with the two days for each wave, the only reason for you want to get in the first wave is bragging rights...)

 

But it is a great reason!! I know I'll in the first for sure!

No idea what the giant is - or at least, compared to the others I'm guessing it's a giant? It's not on the store under Giant, Ogre or Troll, so I think it might be a new one - either way, looks cool, and I'll find some use for it...

I know someone said it was a Fomorian and I think I remember Bryan confirming it, I also think he might have said it was the only new model in the core 30 but there will be some new ones in the bonus 24

The War Dog, likewise, will be a good mount. I have one in metal, and it's substantial enough in scale to be a riding dog... I'll probably need a few of it just for that. It's too large in scale IMO to look good alone, though, which is a bummer... it's a great figure.

You have made me very happy with this news... Ive been wanting a riding dog for a halfling & I was hoping this might work. But wasnt sure based on the picture

 

Now to get a halfling ON a riding dog!

Ooo, Formorian! Still trying to figure out what's up with the legs, but at least it's something cool!

 

And as for the War Dog, it's perfect - and it's already got plenty of straps; I doubt you'd need to add any unless you wanted a full saddle. Some armor, too - not a lot, just enough for a knight's crest or paladin's holy symbol...

I am pretty sure I have a full open clearance from my CFO (i.e. wife) for however much I want to drop on this for two reasons:

A) It starts the day before my birthday.

B) I have the numbers ready to disclose how much she has spent on her Anime/Manga habit if she gives resistance....

 

OTOH, after this KS someone will probably have to use a stuffed animal or puppet and ask my billfold "Where did the Bones Kickstarter touch you?  Was it in your no place?"
