02760: Jalinrix, Female Devil and 14541: Overlords Casualty Marker [NUDITY]

Recommended Posts

Here's a mini (and a half) that I was working on before I left for California. I finished her up today, and snapped a few photos.

I drybrushed a little Mother of Pearl onto the outsides of her wings, and the blood on Sir Casualty Marker is Tamiya X-27 Clear Red.

I dunno if it's just the lighting in the pics, but it looks like her bottom lip is glaringly bright...

It did come out a little too light. Too much Carnal Pink in the flesh tone. I didn't think I could fix it without screwing up more than I fixed.

That's pretty cool! I like how you worked the 2 figures in to the scene together.

Heya guys! I’m relatively new to the hobby and I’ve only recently discovered Reaper minis. This is my new favorite company, great pieces that even a broke dude like me can afford.

I suffer from partial blindness so extreme details can be a challenge....but it’s just for fun so whatevs. I plan on spending my remaining years of vision painting as many pieces as I can.

I’ve seen some really incredible work from you guys! Thanks and feel free to hit me up. I’m always down to chat about minis and always open to critique. I’m here to learn.

Inspired by Doug Sundseth’s red and white legionnaire, I did this mini for a paladin I want to play in an upcoming campaign. This guy offered a lot of fun details, especially the sword and sheath. I used Liquitex basics, with some Agrax Earthshade

Saw this figure in my LGS a while back, decided to buy it, and now I'm using it as my new DnD character. He was quite intriguing to paint. I really enjoyed this one. I used Citadel paints for it. I also gave it a spray undercoat first, I do with all minis even ones that are already primed, too much of a habit now.

I constructed this in the 2018 Bones Mash-up at Reapercon.  The wings do not go with the body, and one of the arms is not original.  I forget what the weapon was but I cut it off the bone handle and added a wicked looking blade from my bits box.  He was kind of boring all in grey and white, so I added a dab of blood, and put some orange into his bat wings.   He's on a Secret Weapon base that has added sand to fill in weird gaps.
