So awesome!  Great job on pairing the ever-so-dynamic Narthrax with a suitably fierce and dynamic adversary.  The valkyrie looks like she could be doing a dragon shout from Skyrim.  I love the symmetry between the two.  Each of them seems to be holding their own against the other...I'm not sure who's gonna win!  Maybe they'll end up working things out and being besties.  She's a viking, so maybe this is actually depicting a "how to train your dragon" type of moment, and she'll end up giving Narthy some nice tummy rubs.

 

And the burnt grass is an awesome touch.  

 

I just love, love, love this diorama.  I't simple and compact and framed just right.  Compositionally, it's one of my favorite dragon dioramas I've seen on the site!

Really nice job and an excellent composition!  on the descriptive front all I can add is:

 

"conversational dragon?"  Given the standard skyrim dragon voice, they could be discussing the weather...
