Why not superglue for static grass?

You have no control on it, it drys almost immediately. It's better to use white glue, turn the figure upside down, knock on it a bit, push it in the direction you want, then let it dry. Rinse and repeat until you are fully flocked. <-- that almost sounds bad.

Thanks for that advice. I always wondered why my static grass came out flat and other people's were uniform and upright.

PVA is the way to go for flocking. Indeed.

If it falls off after drying, just spray a little matt antishine or dullcoat on it.

But yeah, static grass takes a tad of practice. You have to play with it.

I'm seriously thinking of taking some left over bases, and Basing them, putting random stuff on it then practicing on them. Can use them for markers in game.
