I've actually been working on this off and on since my roommate's Bones II fulfillment box arrived. I've never painted anything this size before. It's been daunting, honestly. I also realize I should have painted the pieces separately before I glued him together. Which brings up a question: good way to pull apart pre-assembled Bones? Some that showed up aren't glued all that well and will be a nightmare to paint assembled. I haven't found a good advice source for how to do this (though admittedly I haven't combed through here completely).

What I always did was import the pics into Picasa then export them again. It fixed the problem. I'm sure it'd work the same for any photo editing software. I just use Picasa because it's free and easy.

I pull all my bones apart and paint them. To do so, I grab the part that I want to pull off and kind of twist it thiiis way, and thaaat way gently to break the bond... Sometimes I end up breaking the piece, and then I just cut it flat so I can glue it back on. If it's necessary, I pin it with a hot paperclip. Works like a charm!

Okay! That's sort of what I was thinking of doing but I was wary of actually breaking the plastic. Should've realized I could just pin things back in place. Thanks!
