tiniest rhombus
Good to know, Heisler. I guess we'll see about the flesh. I've heard mixed things about them. If I'm remembering correctly, people seemed to have issues with the early sets but later sets were fine. I'm not fond of reapers flesh tones or metallics. I love everything else about reaper paints which is why I have so many. So very many. I figure if I'm not impressed with the flesh tones, I got them for a song anyway and my search will continue.
Glitterwolf
I also have the Inktensity set, I use my WN brushes, afterwards I use brush restorer and brush soap. No problems here. Great to hear they don't harm the good brushes.Which brush restorer do you use? I use Vallejo Brush restorer. Until now I have not had any problems and I use the inks often.

tiniest rhombus
Nice work on him czabas! I'm guessing you enjoy the scale 75 flesh tones? Thanks for your input as well Knarthex! I can't wait for my order. I love to play around with new paint. I'm especially excited about the shades of doom. There's just something about them. I find them extremely appealing and I don't have anything like them in my collection of many paints.
knarthex
I just pulled the Trigger today on the full Fantasy and Games line of paints... 48 paints and tray.... Hopefully here by Friday, as they have been very fast on shipping from their warehouse.... Got some white primer as well, as I want to see how it will work on Bones through my airbrush.... czebas
Just a little psa about the metal and alchemy. Id avoid storing them cap down.all of mine were cap down and the pigment settles real bad in these. I almost tore a rotator cuff trying to resuscitate them today.

Willen
Mine are sideways now. The best "tip" I have for mixing them (seriously, this has improved the shaking and mixing a LOT for me), is take the pot with my strong hand (right in this case), grip it tight inside a fisted hand with the bottom of the pot overhanging the lower side of my hand. Then, hard, slam said bottom against my other hand's open palm. I do that 3 or 4 times, THEN I give it a good shake. Apparently the quick hard hits brake the concentration on the bottom of the pot quite a bit allowing the shaking to move them around and mix. Since I do this, I get a lot less "gel medium" out of the pot, and a more smooth paint overall.

It also helps 'break' the agitator (You did put one in?) loose to help with the mixing. I then spin mine with a cordless drill and a tool that I made... I cup my hand around it to prevent accidents... I spin it for about a minute, moving it up, down, sideways etc to try and mix everything up as best I can. knarthex
Mine should be here tomorrow, if not, then Monday. Was weird, I have placed multiple orders with them, and this is the first time I get a tracking number.... George MR M, Let her order the paints! (After all, you can use them too....) Also Miss M, I have used their stuff through my airbrush with much happyness! I did use their thinner though. I will report on their primer when the order arrives and I test it out on some bones bases through the airbrush...
