Nice!  Love the use of the Space Cop heads!

Question: are those heads meant for IG scale models or SM scale models?

I don't really see much difference between IG and SM models. They are definitely heroic scale, though. Some of the heads are bigger than the others.

I'll see about some comparison photos tomorrow.

Really like the continuity amongst the set, and that you used the same colors

across the spectrum of characters, just in different configurations.

Nice brush control, and details on the fiddly bits !

Thank you. I wanted them to look like a sort of swat team.

Here is the comparison pic as promised.

From the left you have the Sci-Fi Police heads, Maxmini. SM Scout head, and a Space Wolf Marine head, GW.

In the background, you have an SM Scout with Police head from Maxmini. Tech Priest with Flagellant head, GW. Converted Succubus, Reaper, and a Prodos Warzone miniature, with a head from StatusQue miniatures:

Cool conversions, and a nice gritty paint job to go along with it. I never got to play Necromunda, but you've definitely captured the vibe!

“...and I, Colonel Duke Jones, stand on the surface of Mars for all of humankind and in the spirit of exploration that’s taking our species beyond its Earthly bounds. And I’m lighting this cigar to celebrate a successful mission.”

“Haha. Good speech, Duke. You're the first human in 76 years to stand on the surface of another planet. How’s it feel to be further from Earth than any other human being?”

“Pretty good, Pioneer. It’s humbling and really gives a sense of perspective. The air is thin but breathable. Those terraforming guys did a great job. Hey, the camera’s working, right? This is being broadcast back to Earth?”

“Yep, it's all good. There's a delay but they're getting it. Audience figures are even bigger than Kim Kardashian’s state funeral, so well done!”

“How do things look from up there in orbit?”

“We’re all good, just watching you and keeping an eye on your vitals.”

“OK, Pioneer. I’m gonna have another puff on this cigar and—”

“Duke, sorry to break in, but Jim just had an idea. The Earth is directly behind you. Could you turn around so we can get a shot of you looking back at it?”

      “Sure thing, Pioneer.”

      “How’s this?”

      “That's just perfect, Duke. Everything’s A-OK.”

“Good to know, Pioneer. We're still live, right?”

“We certainly are. Jim, you owe me fifty dollars.”

WIP. Two things, first I couldn’t resist. Second I can’t believe I am the only one to do this.

Good day everyone, In the wait of playing Scourge of the Howling Horde adventure, I recently painted these two nuisances. Inspired by Anne Foerster work displayed in Reaper's Online Store, I went with the classical orangish skin tone and dark leather color. I also added war paints on their face and limbs. 07003 Dungeon Dwellers Bloodbite Goblins sculpted by Bobby Jackson.

Presenting The Fighter (Echoes of Death version), she's a Kingdom Death: Monster re-imagining of their existing The Fighter mini, who, in turn, was Kingdom Deaths take on a generic fighter class character.

Quite pleased with this one. She took a while as I kept finding bits I'd missed hiding under her hair, and I rushed her shield in the end (it needs at least one more highlight, but my hands have been really shaky recently and I didn't want to mess it up) so I may put a bit more work in at a later date.

As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting Mara Frostraven the Anti-Paladin, with Succubus Shield and Ice Sword. Not quite sure why she seems to be shrinking in the pictures.

Wished I could've done a bit more with her face, it just seemed so small though!
