I'd just like to say quickly that Reaper Bones Kickstarters have become my spectator sport of choice and preference.

Could have been Bryan just using movie references like most of us do in normal conversation.  But who knows?  That would be a LARGE model (having seen it in person) to add as a surprise goal!

Yeah, thinking there should be an "evil" weapon sprue like the Armory Of Virtue sprue we already have unlocked somewhere out there.

I was a fan of the first weapon sprue set, and the more they add, the more useful they become. Not just the sprues, but the Bones character minis themselves. The alternate weapons might be the single best reason for me to finally switch from metal to Bones for player character minis. The metal minis have always been more attractive to use for PCs, but with an easy option to upgrade the Bones models as the characters advance... it's getting sweeter and sweeter. Keep em coming Reaper.

Modding bones models is super easy; easy to cut, easy to paint, easy to glue, doesn't fall apart under its own weight, cheap enough to have a backup, etc.  The weapons packs are great!  I bought a few of the metal weapons packs, but they're actually pretty expensive (compares to the bones minis I'll be modding them with) and I'd rather have everything in plastic anyway.

Noticed they're just calling them 2" bases this time instead of the confusing "medium bases which are Large size bases in D&D/Pathfinder".

I'm good with 2" bases you can never really have too many, can you?  Have gotten in the habit of re-basing just about every mini I do, so these will come in handy in the future.

I half guessed it myself. But was too busy figuring out where the $1.19M value came from.

I think there was a map update that snuck up on us.

I didn't see a map update, but I think they've been doing mid-goal "surprise encounters". Things like this, which work very well as far as buying multiple units go, are a great idea as extra little pledge boosters. If you're in any way a speed painter, this kind of deal on bases (or weapon sprues (or dungeon dressing (or magic effects sprues?!??! (C'MON YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO (IN MULTIPLE TRANSPARENT COLORS))))) is a good reason to add a small amount to your pledge, and spread out over thousands of backers, can bump the totals significantly without a crazy increase in cost to Reaper.
