AND PUGS!  And that amazing self-satisfied look on the forge-priestess's face!  AND THE PONY!  IT'S SO GOOD!

 

YES!!!

 

Gotta admit, I'm not really diggin' the dwarves. Even my son, who loves dwarves more than anything, was a little underwhelmed by the set. We both really like the proud, smirky looking female, Gandwarf on the pony and the huntsman, but the rest are kind of meh. Maybe they just need a coat of paint. The king looks very nice (love the owl on his helm) but the throne area seems under designed. Something like that should be display worthy.

 

Luckily, the Pathfinder II pack is excellent, although I'm still hoping we get a Sinspawn. Those attack in groups so multiples are important. Bones makes groups happen. 

I think you're in the minority of not loving the dwarves. I love them for the fact that they are so unique. I've got plenty of hammer-wielding, heavily armored, stern faced, traditional dwarves from which to pick and choose but this set is so unique that I'm totally stricken.

The new dwarf set is not really my cup of tea either, but I am very happy to see the positive reception they are getting. I like that we are getting new and unusual miniatures to play with. They don't all have to match my taste.

Loving the dwarf set, though I do find the throne bigger that what I need, but the rest make up for it nicely.

 

Going back to Stoneskull Expansion, the thug mercenaries are growing on me. Their bald heads will be perfect to add some guild tattoos on them. Hey, the iron man golem sketch got replaced by the 3D render.

 

Also love the Ogre Command. The one thing I'm not too crazy about is the expression on the goblins. They all have the same face.

I think someone's got a voodoo doll of my wallet.  Every time I look at it, it's got another stab in it.  Oddly, it coincides with the Stretch Goals.

I'm not terribly excited about the Dwarves, they're cool and all, but not my cup of tea...I am however very excited for the Pathfinder figures coming at that level.  Red Mantis Assassins and the Pathfinder Troll?  Heck yeah!  I think I'll be doubling up on that.
