mine is out for delivery.  this means it can show up anywhere from now until 9:00 tonight.  Loveley,  but I am a lightweight, only 17 pounds...

My only real regret is not getting one of the new T'raukzul models.  seeing the actual piece looks really good.  Though I suppose if I get really desperate, I can always buy one retail, its not like I don't have enough to paint in the meantime ::):

Weekend and opening update, 9 orders were processed before 9AM CDT, 78 orders were processed on Saturday, 29 orders were processed on Sunday, and 175 orders were processed on Monday. A total of 2033 wave 2 orders has been shipped so far. A confirmed 1 May 16 lock in date was packaged as order 128 yesterday. We can expect wave 3 to begin very soon.

Big Thanks to Aryanun for collecting the weekend data.

Why do we expect wave 3 to start soon? Don't get me wrong, I'm for it since it's my wave but I think I missed some information somewhere along the line that lets us estimate how many orders were in wave 2.

It's believed that the most ardent fans(who are more likely to have more than one order registered) were among the first to pledge, so they will mostly be in Wave 1, with a lesser portion in wave 2.

All European and Asian backers(some of which were in Waves 1 & 2) and most of the Canadian backers were handled separately, before the tracker went up, so can be subtracted from the equation.

Those who pledged a $1 to 'get in' and only bought in the PM afterwards are in the latest vaves(7 or later) and those who missed the KS alltogether, and jumped on after the PM opened are in even later waves(I'm in Wave 10... But I'm also in Europe, so my goods are in a container heading towards GB)

So, even if Wave 2 consists of 2000 backers, not all too many of them has more than one order, and additionally, several backers have already had their goods pulled separately, so aren't counted.

We do expect it since were towards the end of lock in dates, and unless a surprising amount of wave 2 backers did lock in right when the pledge manager closed, there shouldn't be that many left.

Ah, I see. It's not so much an estimate of the number orders as it is an assumption that lock-ins are reasonably evenly distributed over the available period. Thanks!

My bones came in the mail yesterday and they look great! The only thing that is bent to the point where I would need to fix it is the torture table rack thing. I got doubles of most things to be on the safe side, but that was hardly necessary. Now I just have double the minis to try out different things!

My box also seemed to have been opened at customs but there was no slip to tell me that had happened :S

How do you find out what the lock dates are? There seem to an  endless amount of wave 2 orders!

That and ReaperBryan said that Wave 1 was about twice the size of wave 2.

Actually, I was a $1 pledge to get in and placed two orders in the PM later (when I had disposable funds for minis) and I'm in wave 3. Waves 1 and 2 had no $1 levels, but Waves 3+ all had that option.

Right, I remember that but I thought that was items per order, not the number of orders. I could be wrong though, I'm pretty good at that. :poke:

People posting in the Kickstarter comments. Someone with a particularly late lock date said they received their shipping notice.

He said that the average number of orders per backer was significantly larger in wave 1 and that wave 1 was twice the size of wave 2. But he was also probably very exhausted when he made those estimates.

Hourly update, 119 orders were processed between 9-10AM. A total of 2152 wave 2 orders has been shipped so far. No new lock in date confirmations since the May 1st 166 orders ago but wave 2 should still be close to finish.

To find your lock in date, go to your PM and look at the total for your first order. Right below that will be a Completed on date. The only way we know about what lock in date the orders are on is from people posting them when they get their shipping email.
