And just to make sure she puts me in my place as an amateur, my partner painted this Goremaw.

I got an extra frost giant king and queen, but everything else is good.

This is my first Bones Kickstarter and I'm mad at myself for not getting more.  My biggest regret is not getting the Goremaw.  I hope it ends being release sooner rather than later.

I can't wait to see the sketchbook. I'm hoping to get to Reapercon this year and maybe get Izzy to sign it for us.

Is yours not already autographed?

I picked up Goremaw and I think I'm good with one but I'd like to have picked up a couple of Frog-mouths. They are looking very good.

Come on, wave 3, be over already! I'm ready for my mid-November lock of Wave 4 to be shipped out! I'm thinking I'm going to either be one of the very last orders tomorrow, or sometime around midday Friday...

And then I will see what the weight of my box of goodies is! Probably somewhere middle of the road. 22 items on the receipts, only 1 of Ma'al, Kyra, and Goremaw, the rest are normal minis, DVDs, and paints.

I've received email notice that my shipment has received postage.

Actually I received two emails about a minute apart. One for UPS and one for USPS.

Im guessing that's due to me being one of the 50 Canadian orders that didn't get sent with the others.

In regards to the spray discussion: Army Painter's been one of the more consistent spray primers in not causing issues. The prevailing theory is that the tackiness is caused by solvents found in certain spray paints and primers. Army Painter is made for minis, including plastic ones, and likely doesn't have the offending solvents.

OMG!  Jason Weibe helped create the new Dwarven line being released on Kickstarter by Tomb Guardians!  These minis look so cool and they are cheap!  I haven't seen anyone post about this yet but here is the link.  It starts tomorrow morning.  They also said Bobby Jackson and Gene Van Horne created there monsters in the set.  Cant wait.   I purchased there Amazons and they were fantastic!  I posted some pics.  Im assuming the Fire Demon and add ons are in Resin.

      A huge 2 for 1 KS!
(You get BOTH Humans and Halflings in one project! )
Bloody Peasants! by Midlam Miniatures — Kickstarter
"Oh no!  It's an armed agrarian uprising!"
Toiling in the fields for their feudal overlords, the peasants are equally quick to turn their tools to defending their lands from monstrous invaders or, when pressed to the limit, revolting and overturning cruel and greedy landowners.
      Bloody Peasants!
A selection of human and halfling farmers in 28mm scale miniatures for all of your fantasy games.
You can choose from humans, halflings or both!
      The Humans
A familiar sight in the villages surrounding Midlam.
      The Halflings
A smaller folk, doing the same jobs as the longshanks.
      It's a Midlam project, so you know what that means;
Maybe a stretch goal, very possibly an early fulfillment, and absolutely no nonsense.

I'm backing this because the kobolds look more like Scottish terriers!
$100 level has 40+ miniatures and FREE USA shipping!
RBJ Game Company has created 18 KS projects, mostly miniatures. Let me know your experience with them if you backed before.

Become a villain in this retro-inspired board game. Draft terrain tiles, recruit monsters, build your map, and become the Overlord!
I'm a fan of Boss Monster, so I backed this too. Already funded and delivery projected for October of this year.

I backed his last project (dice towers), and found them well worth what ended up being a long wait to get them. It seemed only right to share, 'cause he makes REALLY PRETTY THINGS. Go look.
