Stonehaven Halfling Adventurers

Recommended Posts

I added the battle ram, likely as a gift for my parents.  Assuming it is large enough to paint/see the details clearly. (ie I can tell the lamb won't be)

They have 75 real sheep, I'm sure they need a hand painted one as well.

It was nice of Stonehaven to make such an evilhafling.  I will sub out the Blackwater fighter for him.

I use a lot of villainous halflings  in my campaigns.  They are usually slippery slope villains, or they have strong internal justifications for their crimes.  This guy is just going to be a straight up villain, who chews on the scenery, monologues and kills puppies (if available)

Completionist plus extra dino and rider plus printed pop up terrain: $188.

I hope I can stop there.

I got mine down to five. I'm actually really proud of myself for digging up some self-control and whittling it down.

The likely five: the female bard, wizard, and alchemist-type, and the bald male ranger, from the second set; and the psion.

It means passing on the ones I passingly like in the first set, but I feel like they're more easily found types in the Reaper catalogue (and elsewhere), honestly. Also means skipping the standing "barbarian" and the female berserker; kind of decided I don't really like the concept of the former, though. Anyway, I'll have plenty of backups in case a green turns out disappointing.

Also added a mount and rider extra. Actually kind of concerned I could wind up not liking this sculpt in the end, but, again, plenty of backups.

$28. Not awful. Probably ought to wait to retail, at this level, but . . . not that much self control happening today.

I just bumped to completionist. Couldn't decide which ones I wanted and just got a bonus from work. I'll have all the halflings I ever need.

Does any ruleset currently have such a thing as a halfling tiefling?

At this point I've modified my backer amount to the minimum of two burnville troops, four battle rams with rider, and singles of the Dark Lord and Tiefling.

I don't know what I'l do if the add a vardo!

Glad I was home to see the end of this campaign so I could pledge completionist on it.

There's a ton of non-traditional halfling sculpts, even if they are very small and have the Stonehaven almost signature "picture pose" look to them, they are quite unique.

I hope we make it to the tiefling.

As for rules - most write-ups I've seen say that other races produce tieflings but they all use the same tiefling racial stats.  If I were playing PFRPG and wanted to make a small-sized halfling, I'd probably plug the points into the race builder (from Advanced Race Guide) and see what they come out to.  It's probably just enough to apply the standard small-sized modifiers.
