Darn. The 48 hour reminder got me. The Dust Riders made this a must have project for me. I had no idea that mounted halflings were my weakness.

Not the least bit tempted by that frying pan wielding one. Still good at my $51 pledge. Highly doubt I'll move off it, if I like something coming up better, I may just re-adjust my priorities and knock something off the list.

Hah, yeah I realized I don't need or want to go ALL in on anymore kickstarters. I've gone with the cherry-pickin' method where I'll get only what I really want or need and will paint up. So I don't need/want 50 halflings, 10-12 is where I'm at even though I'm paying a tad bit more per mini.

This project missed big with me, unfortunately. Or fortunately, depending how I look at it.

 

 

Ten still seems like a good spot, but I've got it down to an easy six (plus mount and rider) I could live with. If I could make it to five I think I'd do it. Harder to convince myself of doing it with an extra add-on.

I am in big for this KS because I have a lot of halfing PC and NPC in my game world and very few minis that are different.  I get tired of seeing the same minis over and over.   This KS will fix the problem very nicely.

 

I would have gone in big on their gnome KS but my worlds gnomes do not have donkey ears and are not so modernly dressed.  So hopefully someone else will do gnomes someday.

 

But I understand many people do not even play halflings so this KS may not be for them.

 

That is the great thing about minis today there are lots more choices.

Anyway, it looks like at the $150 completionist level, when all SG's are unlocked, you get a free $25 set.

 

I hope they offer the PDFs in hardcopy form, as well as have a yokai or other anthro KS in the future.

Several of the halflings look great as children. Most games have hew-mons in them somewhere.

What ced is saying that you get a set per $25, with 5 at $125. There are 7 sets, so if it wasn't for the completionist pledge, you would have to spend $175 to get all 7 sets, but here you get all 7 sets for the price of 6 sets. with the $16 treant thrown in a well... and soon the cook.
