Force field effects for portable use for small areas, personal use effects for individual minis, as well as for large wall sections in a mix of hard Bones translucent plastic and plain plastic.

I echo the call for more fantasy cavalry and other mounted combatants, in various species of both riders and mounts, but with attention to the fit of two.

For example I have some old AA goblins riding pigs which are fun, but I had to pin their butts to the saddles to keep them from falling off. Perhaps you could put fittings on the figures so that pins are not necessary. Just a molded hole in one and a peg on the other ought to be sufficient, like a Lego nub. Bonus if the fitting is consistent and standard across this series. The mold geometry might be a challenge to figure out, I suppose, but I'm sure you'll be up to it.

Given the new villain codex that just came out, some of the villains from their would be awesome. know you don't normally consider copyrighted work, but given your pathfinder line thought the suggestion fell in a gray area.

I really like the muscular elf blacksmith from Bones III. I would like to see some muscular savage elves or elf barbarians. Maybe, an elven librarian, guards, children, royal court members, etc...

How about goblin alchemist and warg riders preferably in the style of the Bones 1 (not Pathfinder)

with the new flying bases Reaper did for CAV, I hope we'll see some flying creatures that utilize them.  Some flying dragons, griffons, eagles, etc

02762: Tuilin, Female Elf

and in general more dragonborn heros (like 03403 Na'Kaat, Female Half Dragon Paladin)

Tuilin is my favorite it's the one that started my painting because I wanted an elf wizard with blue hair!

I have to address a severe deficiency. If you look at a lot of the wizard figures, most of them either look like Gandalf/Elminster/Ed Greenwood/ George R.R. Martin, with long beards and flowing robes, and usually a pointy hat, or else they look like a creeeeeeeepy necromancer. What we need is ones that are younger, not snot-nosed apprentices but youthful and competent, like a lot of adventurers in their prime (shortly before their demise). A bit of diversity goes a long way.
