Minis we would like to see

Scouring through everything I can find, it seems hardest to find minis for genuinely burly women (not just defined muscles, but genuinely bulky like weight lifting and throwing event athletes), of an armored or wearing hides variety (bonus points for a bear skin with the bear's head still attached!), or roly-poly types, especially a fat & happy halfling female (A spellcaster or musician, or perhaps townsfolk type).  Pretty sure I'd order either or those within 30 seconds of discovering it existed, but presently I just have drawings and dreams.  There are a few larger females but they're few and far between with incredibly specific vibes to them.

For the former idea I think this is a good body type reference: Muscled warrior woman

Hey Reaper, I'm trying to run a campaign with a rakasha in it.  The were-tiger figure doesn't really work (missing clothes, reversed hands, general air of sophistication).  Can I put in a request for a Dark Haven to make a green?

Cow skulls

Bear skulls

Dragon skulls of modest size (say, ranging from horse size to twice horse size)

Horse skulls

Dire wolf skulls

in more or less that order of preference (i.e., if you only make one type, multipacks of cow skulls might be most useful).

I have had the some kind of model on the top of my wishlist for many years

  • Dragons with wing folded to their body I.E. a normal landed pose instead of the mating dance all dragons seem to be making.
  • Dragons in actual horizontal flight. one of the few times unfolded wings are acceptable.
Bonesium would probably make the model light enough to not tip over and break.
  • Asian dragons, especially in the same larger sizes we are already getting.
  • Effects for dragon-breath. It would have to be separate, so you could make every dragon all of the colors.
  • Armored dragons!
  • More dragonmen
  • Dragons with feathers or fur. if only to give to my aunt who is a big Dragonriders of Pern fan.

I Like dragons. ::D:

  • Armored Centaur knights, think the first Narnia movie, heck any centaur outside the usual Hippie look would be nice.
  • The current related kickstarter have me pumped for new Fauns.
  • Goons/mooks/henchmen. While I mostly picture a victorian era to Indiana Jones type of basic goon, all genres are fun to paint.
  • While Reaper staff could be fun one should not overlook the potential of sculptor self portraits.
  • More terrain, the stuff from the bones kickstarters have been great so far.

So much yes, I am very much an Amazon chaser so any genuinely muscular women will be picked up.
Ironically the best I can remember in the current Reaper catalogue is an elf.

I had originally posted this in the Bones minis I would like to see but I think here would be a good place as well for some additions to it.

1.  Golems.   Not just faceless stone guys but rune carved stone giants, Dragon Golems, Parts of fortresses as a Golem, Spare Part Frankenstein Golem,  Ice Golems, a Golem made of swords and axes hammered together, Golem mounts with archers on their backs or a wizard on a throne for a head, Golem's with Siege Weapons such as Ballista, or Battering rams, Golems made of shattered trees or ripped out of a tree, Bone Golems constructed from the bones of great and terrible creatures, Golems that have received terrific damage and are still going like the unstoppable juggernauts they are.

2  Animal Constructs, like Elephants, Dragons, Sharks, Snakes, Rhinos, Lions, Griffons, all seemingly made of bricks, or wood, or metal.  Have some of these animals doing things that may be mundane or totally outlandish, like a pair of steampunk Horses pulling a stage coach, or a rocklike Rhino pulling a Dwarven Cannon or Ballista.

3.  Creatures made of elemental materials,  Fire Wolves, Ice cats,  Water Horses, Lightning Birds,  Lava Crab.  Elemental's trying to look like an animal but not changing their nature and becoming even more otherworldly.

4.   Insect Constructs, and Elemental's with things like Mechanical Centipedes, Flaming Bee's with wings of fire, Stone Beatles with a castle Turret carved into it, Ice Spiders that from above could look like a snow flake, a HUGE snowflake, or A scorpion with a Ballista of the same roman name on its tail instead of a Stinger.  Things that may have been tiny but were transformed into some monstrosity that could be every bit as horrifying as a dragon or Griffon and maybe more so when their normally tiny selves are taken into account.

Most of these things I like because the way they look could tell a small story that could be very interesting just to look at.  Could one be built to guard a wizard that haphazardly piles books on it while it follows him/her around for protection?  Could another be an Egyptian priestess' rock like sphinx mount, or an elemental trying and failing to disguise its true nature as it first explores a new environment?   Golems have the advantage to not be formed through nature but because somebody wants them that way and it leads to an image that can pose questions rather than most fantasy characters that are more declarative like; Female Cleric, Male Wizard, Undead Dragon.  While interesting there is not much more than what you see.

I posted this in the bones request thread, but I'd actually rather have something this small in metal: an unmounted version of the thornwood defender.

Though, I suppose if you were doing a gnomish cavalry and wanted a matching infantry the bones version would be more cost effective...

Now that I'm playing a fighter who wields two swords in a D&D game, I've become aware that there are very few male human minis with two swords who do not also have (a) a cloak and hood, or (b) a wardrobe from the Conan of Chimeria collection.  There aren't even a lot of figures who are easy to mod that way.  Most fighter-types with a single-hand weapon also have a shield.

Also, I want more young male wizards.  (That sounded way less sexual in my head...)  Lots of Wizard figures are old guys with long beards, but most PCs tend to be on the young side.

I'd love more big burly women figures.

And dinomen are pretty appealing to me to be honest - can use them as dragonmen or lizardmen but they are a little cooler.

I'd really love to see more tengu/bird people... especially a few that aren't dressed in eastern garb and ones that aren't based on crows (owl tengu, eagle tengu, etc) ... and not looking like thieves. Basically if you want to play a tengu character it is devilishly hard to find an appropriate mini. Ditto with kitsune. More please.
