Nice! The blood soaked robe is very well done, especially the back.

Thank you <3

Blood soaked stuff seems to be my thing at the moment... I thoroughly enjoy it ^^

I agree, the blood-soaked details are great! I especially like the bits in the back where it looks like it's been soaked up while she walked in it.

Thank you ^_^

I was trying to get it to look like she did indeed spend quite a while walking around on bloodied floors and stuff, so it'd seeped up rather than been splashed onto her, whereas higher up, it is more trickly. When I base her (eek, basing! Soon, haha) I'm gonna make sure that's nicely splattered for her, with maybe a couple of little puddles.

Shame you can't see the eyes, cause you did an awesome job on those, even if she looks shifty as all hell :P

But yars, she did come out well, and as everyone else said, the blood is a nice touch :P

Looking forward to seeing how that base turns out!

Fingers crossed her wickedness will show up in a Pathfinder campaign sometime soon, haha

I'm clicking like but I want you to know that looking at that mini is extremely unsettling!

Fabulous to know xD

Many thanks <3

There is a giant basing session on my horizon somewhere, haha - I'll update and bump with photos when I finally get round to it =]

Nice to see a clothed version of a succubus for once. ( not that I mind nudes, just nice to see something fresh)

Foxtrot was fun to paint. She comes with two bodies, two heads and two sets of weapons so it's possible to make her up as a crazy-haired gasmask-wearing nutter or Hasslefree's version of Furiosa from Mad Max: Fury Road. As you can see, I decided on the crazy-haired gasmask-wearing nutter.

Her right hand is separate, so fun and games ensued trying to get it glued to her wrist. I didn't dare attempt to drill/pin it as there was barely enough space for the drill bit and I had visions of wrecking the metal. The stock of her AK was on the verge of falling off, so I just did away with it. Her base is the usual Liquitex modelling paste, sand and paint.

Simple conversion painted to tabletop quality for the big bad for my D&D group.

I painted Devil Girl's clothing in Vallejo Black and thought, "God, that's boring". So I added 1/3 Vallejo Dark Prussian Blue to the black and redid her coat. Adding the blue makes the black much richer, and I washed the black over with Army Painter Blue Tone. Her skin was done with Vallejo Flat Red, Red and Vermillion. Her hair is black and drybrushed with Vallejo Royal Purple. The lava is Liquitex Modelling Paste and the slabs are just plasticard. Her eyes took FOREVER to get right, which was frustrating as hell as they're just yellow with a thin black line.

The paint scheme and base are shamelessly ripped off this one by @TheOldGuard, although he/she can do OSL and I can't (and wasn't even going to attempt it).

I am the Lord of Darkness.
I require the solace of the shadows,
and the dark of the night.
      Sunshine is my destroyer.

      All this shall change.
      Tonight, the sun sets forever
There shall never be another dawn!

thus begins the 1985 Fantasy movie Legend, directed by Ridley Scott and starring a very young Tom Cruise and the excellent Tim Curry. If you have not seen this movie, do so right away. A classic Fantasy, in several ways.

LEGEND, Tim Curry, as the Lord of Darkness, 1985

There's a patch of wasteground on Beechwood Avenue where the old primary school used to stand until destroyed by a bomb on the afternoon of April 11, 1941.

Locals have long said that spot is haunted. Pedestrians say there's a cold patch as you walk past it. Kids dare each other to touch the walls, although few actually will. Dogs shy away from the area.

Some people even claim to have seen a small girl wearing a gasmask.

      This is all obviously rubbish.

But Rose is still waiting for her mummy.
