My shipment has apparently been sitting in TX for 3 days at whatever frightening place it goes once it leaves Reaper.  :-(  Sadness.

At least your tracking updates. mine wouldn't give me any information for the first five days so I emailed ups, after which I could see that the order had arrived in chicago. It's been handed off to Canada Post since then and once again the tracking isn't updating.

That's normal for Reaper shipments to Canada. They apparently sit at Reaper HQ for days, then they go back in time and teleport to Chicago, then if you're lucky the may be handed off to the foreign (aka Canadian) customs, then maybe a day or so after they've been delivered, UPS finds out the package has cleared customs and updates. I'm glad UPS Mail Innovations is saving Reaper money, but the tracking is a bit of a joke. ::):

I love these two! I bought them both at RAC and somehow I ended up with 3 Olives. I got home and was like "What the...?" Evidently I picked her off the shelf, stopped to talk to someone while I had her in my hand, absent-mindedly placed her in my basket, then repeated this process twice more. I'll forgive myself the space-cadet-moment only because I love this sculpt so very much

lol...Mocha, that's pretty funny.  I witnessed your pace at last year's 'Con flitting about and I can totally see this happening.  ::D:

Yep. No progress has showed for either of my two October orders.

Typically though, my Reaper orders in the past have taken 2-3 weeks to arrive. Anything arriving earlier is a nice surprise.

I don't start hitting the panic button until 4 weeks 6-8 weeks, International, have passed without any signs of arrival.

Funny side note. I once had an order from Mantic ship from Nottingham England to my home in Greater Vancouver B.C. In less than three days.

But then I've also had a Mantic order not arrive for 6 weeks only to find out it had been stuck at airport customs so I had to drive out to the couriers building at the airport, fill out paperwork, then go to the Canada Customs office building to give them the paperwork and payment, then go back to the courier building to finally claim my order.

Of course that still wasn't as bad as the order for an elven army that disappeared entirely somewhere between the UK and Canada.

yuck. I really hope it doesn't take much longer, I ordered it a while ago and UPS is still saying it will be here this week some time...

no swag bag for me this year.  I never got around to ordering and now the reaper site says they are all gone :(

There's always the chance that Reaper may offer their 12 Days of Reaper Christmas promotion in December. There might be goodies for that.

Reaper is improving on this aspect of their promotions.  In the past, you didn't know for sure when the goodies had run out.  This time they have done more to alert their customers, and I applaud that.  The fact that you might or might not get anything is good to know ("limited quantities"), but knowing for sure is better IMO.
