I ordered in the hours between Saturday and Sunday last weekend. It was due to arrive Saturday and arrived today (one day early from expected and one day later than typical with past orders).

 

I received a rock that is going to stay in the blister and has already found a home in the display case.

 

I also got Pumpkin Orange and Breast Cancer Pink in the Halloween baggie. No candy and no other paints, but still am happy that I ordered.

I got a rock this year.  Last year I didn't get a rock.  I think like many other I'm going to keep it in its packaging.  Though, I did make a few attempts this year.  I also now have, between various order over the last several years, at least 6 bottles of pink paint.  Now I have to figure something to use them on.

It's been 7 business days since I made my order and it still hasn't arrived, and we don't really get weekend deliveries here. I thought I would get this order faster but it's just as slow as the regular shipping. I'm gravely disappointed by all of this.

It's been 11 days for mine. It's past canadian customs as of a couple days ago though, so it should be here by monday

It's been 7 business days since I made my order and it still hasn't arrived, and we don't really get weekend deliveries here. I thought I would get this order faster but it's just as slow as the regular shipping. I'm gravely disappointed by all of this.

I hear what you're saying, but if  I had been paying for the priority shipping instead of using regular shipping, then I would feel pretty gypped right now. Priority shipping is supposed to be faster, not the exact same speed. I love Reaper and I know this isn't their fault, but dealing with this shipper leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Not saying they would be faster, but I'm saying that they're charging for priority shipping without any difference in the service. I guess you just can't trust anyone to be reliable anymore.

To the Canadian forumites, how are you tracking your orders?

I've placed 2 orders over the past few weeks and have been sent emails from UPS for each one with an 18 digit tracking number which doesn't work on either UPS's own site nor does it work on Canada Posts site.

My tracking number works sometimes (although it's only been updated about three times in the course of nearly two weeks and usually the updates happen well after the thing they're telling me about has happened).

I got the 18-digit number and it takes me to the site normally, but they tend to update at least a day after, sometimes two. Never get the email notifications at all, and one time it had actually told me the package was delivered when in reality it showed up the next day.
