I started painting my first Bones mini last night (yes I have backed all 3 kick starters, why do you ask?). I might try to finish it today.

Writing an IEP, planning lessons, watching football and the eclipse.

 

Got absolutely nothing done.

 

Just finished a cup of coffee.  I am tired enough that my brain is not ping ponging all over the place, but alert enough now that I can accomplish something.  Oh yeah, and there's that whole last-minute panic thing

3:30 AM.  IEP's were written.  Lessons were planned.  Football had been fantasied. Eclipses had been totalled.  Sleep, or at least nap, was was finally had.  But waking was much too soon.

I am working at a deliberately sluggish pace today in reflection of our "esteemed elected representatives" in Congress passing a budget, or at least a continuing resolution.

 

So instead I'm easily distracted by pretty minis I cannot hope to afford at this time. *sigh* :sad:

I was working at a cheetah high on meth, strapped to a rocket pace today.  Something about being up until 3:45 AM, and then getting up at 6:00 AM to get to school.  I get an almost manic energy when I am over tired.  Plus, an extra cup of coffee in the morning.

 

On the plus side, the IEP I wrote at 2:30 AM got rave reviews from my ETC.  Which is funny, because I barely remember writing it once I sat down and started.  It was like midnight, I sat down with a stack of papers and notes.  And around 2:30 I was done.  Don't really recall what I did during that intervening time.  But it was finished, and apparently executed well.

That's why I brought the cooler of beer.  Not only does it keep the brew cold, in the event of a water landing it can be used as a flotation device.  Err, I mean seat.
