OctoberQ1: My standard work-day breakfast is: 2 cups of coffee, 1 greek yogurt, 1 banana.  I did not deviate from this today.  Occasionally, I will splurge and go to the corporate cafeteria, getting the breakfast combo (2 eggs [i have 'em over easy], 2 strips of bacon, home fries, and a small coffee), I supplement this with another coffee or two throughout the morning.

Question for Oct 1: What were your breakfast protein options today? and if one of them was not bacon... :down: 

No protein this morning.  A strawberry frosted poptart for breakfast on my drive in.

 

I value sleep more than breakfast, so when I do eat breakfast on a work day it tends to something I can grab on my way out the door.

Rockstar Whipped Orange, Naked Banana Colada Protein Shake, and a litre of water. Probably skip lunch and a pb&j for dinner. Stupid meds, screwing with my appetite.

The ham had been sitting a while, and I was suspicious; I fed it to the dogs.

Instead, I went with healthy, delicious, fish bacon.

Don't ask what part of the fish makes bacon.
