Awesome! I might be a little bit biased because I'm a great fan of the Mars series :D No idea who might she be though, I was thinking John Carter's daughter but doesn't seem right

 

Also, could you elaborate on "the “butt-toothed vampire†thing"? I'm not familiar with the phenomenon

There is something of the old original "Star Trek" alien lady about her. This is cute with understated humor.

She doesn't call it that, but it's something I learned from Jessica Rich's "How to paint beautiful women" class (which goes by a different name at other conventions).

 

Basically, the buttocks and upper thigh should always be highlighted, even if it would actually be in shadow. It just looks right, even if it's a little bit wrong. The "vampire" part is a joke: when you highlight triangular areas on the thighs, they look like fangs.

I think Tin Man miniatures captured the pulp sci-fi feel quite well - sure she's over-the-top, but it's cool-looking so who care?

 

Next up from them will probably be either a green martian or a male red martian.
