Getting an exact PANTONE color on a painted miniature would probably be meaningless anyway, since a good portion of miniatures painting is about achieving a false sense of light and shadow.  E.g., if I paint Darth Vader, and I have the armor near his drawn lightsaber take on reddish highlights, that isn't meant to indicate that Darth Vader's armor is actually red in those locations.  :)
