Recommended Posts

UBERCOOL! You captured the cartoon feel WONDERFULLYVERY NICELY DONE!

By any other name, Velma is still my favorite.

Great looking bunch of nosy kids!

Who's the last chick?

Hasslefree's not-Willow-Rosenberg from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", (HFA041 "Witch Hazel"). From Pingo's WIP thread post.
Are there two sculpts of her? (I think Algorath meant the girl to the right of Barney in the group shot—green/black outfit. )

Who's the last chick?

Sorry, it took me a little time to realize who you meant.

The group pictures are from my WIP thread and rather than edit them again I included one which also had the other figure I was working on that day.

That's also a Hasslefree figure, HFA041 "Witch Hazel", who may be recognized as a prominent supporting character on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer".

ETA: And now that I've got my wits about me I've been ninjaed by both ub3r_n3rd and TGP.

Aye, that's what Pingo's WIP post states:

See for yourself.

Wonderful paint jobs, and sooooo much character development on display.

Really did a knock up job on them, and love the mystery resolution scheme to the bases.

Congrats.

Rooby, Rooby Rooo!

Nice job!

I like the details on the bases; you hit the perfect balance with just a piece or two on each base.

This is Reaper's 14048, Fatima, Nefsokar Cleric.

Or rather it will be when you click on the links because she's super NSFW, front and back.

There isn't a WIP thread because I couldn't figure out how to make one that would abide by the board rules. But questions or comments are appreciated.

Foxtrot was fun to paint. She comes with two bodies, two heads and two sets of weapons so it's possible to make her up as a crazy-haired gasmask-wearing nutter or Hasslefree's version of Furiosa from Mad Max: Fury Road. As you can see, I decided on the crazy-haired gasmask-wearing nutter.

Her right hand is separate, so fun and games ensued trying to get it glued to her wrist. I didn't dare attempt to drill/pin it as there was barely enough space for the drill bit and I had visions of wrecking the metal. The stock of her AK was on the verge of falling off, so I just did away with it. Her base is the usual Liquitex modelling paste, sand and paint.

Painted this for a friend's group. Their party acquired a dog they love so much that they spent all their gold to armor him up. He now has the highest AC in the party.
