I really have far too many miniatures. At least 20, and with a further 20 inbound from the 20 kickstarters I have backed the last few years. So for 2016 I will try to crank out those minis at an elevated pace, and chalk up an even 366 -one for each day - finished by the end of the year.

Of course, this means that to avoid spamming the excellent reaper forums with samey, production-line dross nobody really wants to see, I will not be posting each and every one done here even though the rpchallenge says I should.

Instead I will post Reaper minis and maybe some other that I find interesting enough. The rest will get pictures linked to the rpchallenge monthly post for anybody who might be interested.

so....

I am pushing to finish off the Shadows of Brimstone game sets, and here are the latest batches I have done:

Gives a new meaning to "puking your guts out" doesn't it?

The Goliath, who is the end level boss from Shadows of Brimstone: City of the Ancients. A greater daemon sized tentacled horror, Hard as nails in game, and usually does not appear alone!

Presumably it feeds by vomiting its tendrilled aesophagus onto it's intended food, and then slowly digesting them from the outside, or maybe it just captures and pulls its' meal inside? The heroes are not sticking around to find out!  60mm base

The three Slashers from Shadows of Brimstone: Swamps of Death. Giant Lobster Ogres, much like Mirelurks. I have been putting these off because I could not decide on a paint scheme. In the end, I decided to start them off as vaguely lobster-like and just wing it. I think what I ended up with works well. 40mm bases.

Here are the Void Spiders. Nasty little extradimensional bugs, and numerous. There are 12 in the game.

I have been debating myself about how to paint these, and settled for a tarantula-like scheme. Sinister and simple,  but with a splash of colour. Also, I chose to paint the frontmost tooth-lump as a single baleful eye just in the corner of the maw. Quite unsettling.
