Saw this while pledging for something else, did a quick search and did not see it so....

 

 

GOB'Z'HEROES - The Game

 

Not sure how to post the video etc, perhaps a mod could help me out?

 

2 player Board game, the pieces are:

 

28mm scale Resin Goblins- spoofs on lots of common characters:

 

7 HD resin Miniatures :

Gob'Capone,

Gob'Zombi,

Gob'Joker,

Gob'Jones,

Double'Gob'7,

Gob'inator

Gob'Monkey

(All miniatures are coming with clear plexiglass bases)

 

The minis look well sculpted!

I think these are the same guys who put out those superhero goblin minis on Indigogo a while back.

Man those were tempting but I never did back. I wonder how those minis ended up.

 

With this kickstarter it's another case of being more interested in the minis than the game.

Yes, that seems to be true, there are all sorts of super gobz....

I actually got in on the indiegogo campaign, and it was fantastic. Shipping was smooth, and the quality of the minis was fantastic. I still have them sitting waiting for me to start on them. I didn't even think twice about getting in on this. I am so stoked to get them.

Thanks for that review. I'm sooo tempted on a second chance at getting some of those superheroes.

I'm also SOOOO tempted. Seeing one of my gaming groups reach da boss and discovering him to be a suit wearing cigar smoking Al Capone goblin in mini form would be priceless! And the artwork is just plain cool!

 

We shall have to see. About $200 USD for 32 minis and a game is a little steep but I'll see if it's trimmable

I can honestly say, these are some the best minis I bought in a long time. There is so much love put into every step of them. I couldn't care less about the game, I just want more crazy goblins!

Edit: From looking at the campaign more closely, looks like addon minis can't be added on without going onto one of the existing pledge levels. That takes away the temptation as its too pricey for me.

Yeah, that is true, and does kinda suck. I also am having a problem getting an answer about a promise from the indiegogo campaign. In the first indiegogo campaign we unlocked a special mini for all backers during the second campaign, they keep saying that they would update the faq since day one, and haven't. They said it would be done yesterday and still isn't. Kinda frustrating. Makes me a little nervous about it.

 

I know during the first campaign I received two of one mini instead of another and never got a response when I contacted them about it. I just hope they aren't flaky when it comes to customer service.

 

Again the minis were fantastic, and the quality was second to none.
