It looks like you put them on calvary bases? (25x50mm)   or are those 50mm squares?

 

They are "large" (2in/50mm base).

 

I don't have a pic, but mine are based on Reaper's 2in round bases. I attached them to the bases with cut-off flight stands stuck up their spider abdomens. I didn't glue their legs down, so they slightly overhang the base. (But the legs would fit fully on the base if you wanted to glue them down)

They are Chessex dice boxes, actually, on their sides.

 

I use them for photography because they’re relatively transparent and innocuous. Regular human-sized minis fit neatly on the bottom and larger ones, like these, fit well on the sides.

 

As for scale, their human torsos are the size of regular figures, maybe a touch on the smaller side. I’ve successfully transplanted some more delicately scaled Reaper female torsos onto the spider-bodies.
