It certainly looks revolting. It might be a little dark; I think you could get away with daubing a few medium green to pale green highlights on a few upper curved surfaces. And I think you have a hair caught under one of the tentacles.

Thank you, everyone!

I think i will go back and give that a shot, thanks!

And you're right, that is a hair hiding back there, dang it!

It's one of the lovecraftian horrors from em4miniatures. There are 3 in the set.

Very cool. I thought I was the only one who had these!

Metal Magic C2008B Servitor with flute.

Cthulhu range. AKA Dunwich Detectives.

This is one of the Servitors of the Other Gods.

Cool

I like it

Very interesting, I wonder who made it first and sold the rights to who. I've only got the one, and I remember buying it in a blister pack that had the Metal Magic logo on it.

Thanks for the info, both of you!

I mean, it could be the photo since it's shot against a light background...

I like the subtle layers of color. It may be a mess of different paints, inks, and washes, but it's clearly not just dip and shade.

Thanks!

I used a light green base coat, a green ink, a purple ink, a blue wash,a green wash , a brown ink, and finally a little white/yellow/light green dry brushing

      Hello All,

Here is a recent work.   "Male Revenant" 77301.   I did change out the head.  I removed the original head and replaced it with a skull.  The skull was pinned in place.  When I first saw the miniature, it made me think of the old Scooby Doo cartoon villains.  So, I painted the skull to look like it is glowing a bit with glowing pinpoint eyes.

      Thank you for looking.

Painted as a gorgon for D&D, so iron not brass. Quick speed paint. Not terribly much to be done given the colour scheme. Tried to make the floor a bit more interesting.

      Hello All,

I completed this "Gutrags", Stitch Golem miniature today.  Made it a bit dirty and worn.

I knocked out some random pieces of scenery last night. Everything was washes and dry brushing.
       I  hope you like them.

First up is a heavily damaged Jersey barrier made by Secret Weapon miniatures.

Next are 2 grave stones from craft store Halloween village sets. The one on the left I repainted then did washing and drybrushing. The one on the right i intentionally did a sloppy job of painting so that some of the original colors were still visible, then i weathered it like the other one.

I'm not sure where I got this table from, but it looked like it would be pretty quick to spruce up, so I  did.

Let me know what you think, please.
