Bruunwald
There's a company that actually makes little metal wagon wheels in various scales. I keep one of their cards for reminding me their name. I'll update it when I get home. Well, I have good news and I have bad news. The bad news is I haven't yet been able to find one of those cards with the name of that company. The good news is, I figured out where I hid those guitar strings. I know I have a pack of these things, somewhere. Just need to dig around some more.
TGP
Shapeways, the 3D printing service, has at least a few wagon wheels. Pricey. Would a 25mm or 50mm round figure base work for this? Not sure what scale you want. If you took a black Reaper Hard Bonesium base and filled it with thin craft stick planks laid in parallel that would look like a solid wood wheel. Glitterwolf
So I'm thinkin of actually trying to make the 2 wagons that I need for an encounter. It'll be simple with the walls & base made out of cardboard but was wondering if there are wagon wheels out there scaled for our hobby? I may just go with cardboard wheels (possible solid disk wheels) but since I'm in the planning stages & such, might as well ask. thanks I once scratch built a chariot. For the wheels I went to the local modelling shop and bought wooden modelling ship parts. To be precise the old steering wheel for galleons and such. Just cut of the knobs and you have a nice 28mm size wagon wheel or chariot wheel.
haldir
body is gonna be cardboard. It's be 3D & mostly scenery but being the PCs will be goblins they might want to use it during the encounter. Actually I've thought about using Litko wooden bases as the wheels as well. I seen someone use those. They just sawed a grove in the middle to break up the surface. Looked pretty good actually.

On this note, I've made wagon wheels for my own scratch-built wagons and siege weapons, in the style of the wheel that TGP posted, out of little wooden disks obtained at Michaels. Not the hardwood type that they sell uniform in the heavy plastic bags, but the ones that are all random ovals and circles, lighter wood, in the cheap bags. The bag comes with multiple diameters, and you can glue two of them back to back to make a thicker wheel. They're a softer wood and easier to carve.
Smokestack
I cant provide a link, but if you google "Hoard o bits" this is a GW bits dealer. Once you get to the page, type "wheel" in the search field. They have a bunch that might fit you need. I have ordered from here before.

Heck I've almost hit the buy button a few times for other items he has listed.
TheAuldGrump
Hmmm, look in dollar stores or the like - see if they have any toy covered wagons - four wheels, for a buck. The Auld Grump
Rob Dean
Irregular Miniatures has them; look at 28mm, under siege equipment and wagons; there's a pack of just wheels. That said, under some circumstances buying a wagon might be easier. Edited January 22, 2016 by Rob Dean
dispatchdave
Hirst Arts has a few tabletops that double as wagon wheels (depending on which side is up/out). You can see an example @ http://www.hirstarts.com/tips29/tips29.html#58 I could mail you a few, and I'm sure Bonwirn has many. :) -Dave
