Lion Armour Survivors

Presenting a full set (plus pin-up) of Lion Armour wearing Survivors from the Kingdom Death: Monster game, there's a small WIP of them here.

 

I kept the painting on them very, very simple as I'm not one of life's natural batch painters, plus I'm a bit so-so on the minis themselves (personally I would've preferred a set of nice monopose ones to represent each armour style rather than these very manikin-like multipose kits). But seeing them in a group like this, they don't look that bad.

 

Any comments and criticisms are, as always, warmly received.

Those are pretty cool. I love the tones you used and how smooth the result is.

 

But maybe darken a bit more the eye sockets to make them pop out...

Smooth work.  The skin's so smooth it looks like a resin doll.  And everything is coherent, between the minis.  Makes them look like a unit.

I got the skin done before "batch painting fatigue" set in, so a lot more work went into it (plus I seem to have a weird knack for painting buttocks).

Yeah, I had trouble getting my flesh wash to settle in the ladies eyes, I'll have to try some brown next time.
