Now, can someone direct me, or point in a general direction, where I can pick up early 1900's-1930's era vehicles? I would like them for my Call of Cthulhu game. Thanks a bunch. Reverend Shartan I got some trucks for that period on Ebay. There is a line called models of yesteryear and you can find other stuff. They seem to fit with 28mm minis well enough.
Lord of the Dish Pit
I've been using Jada toys 1/32 scale for my redneck warband. The fast and the furious line in particular. They're too large, but with the mini's height added to somewhat by the base...it only looks off once you pay attention to it. Also the cars can be disassembled with a small screwdriver, which makes repainting and modding easier. They're about 7-8 bucks at wal mart. strawhat
$22/20€ for the kit is a bit spendy--especially considering most of the suggestions have been for options that are under $10 (even though they are less than ideal). That being said, they look great! If I could get sets close to that for a $10 I'd be more than intrigued. One of the local shops has Mantic's Walking Dead game, and there are some nice vehicles in that. And checking Mantic's shop says four vehicles (two cars and two trucks, both wrecked) and some assorted items for $35. If only there were un-wrecked vehicles as well.
